Insel Rügen von Berlin
Meine Freundin und ich sind gemeinsam mit Fabian von Berlin nach Rügen geflogen. Die Kommunikation lief schnell und reibungslos, und unsere Fragen blieben sowohl vor, als auch während des Flugs nicht unbeantwortet. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die absolut zuverlässige Abwicklung. Der Pilot wirkt jederzeit kompetent und freundlich, ist aber auch humorvoll und hilfreich, wenn man etwas wissen oder planen will.
