We had an amazing day out with Alex. We were delayed leaving because of low cloud in Le Touquet but Alex updated us regularly and assured us we could move to another day if we had to. Thankfully the cloud shifted and we were able to fly. Alex kept in touch well before the day, answered messages quickly and gave us all the information we needed.
