Custom flight as you wish

Select the date you'd like to fly and you'll then be able to put the timeslot and number of passengers and simply "Send a booking request". You can then follow the booking form steps and the pilot will confirm if the booking time suits them too.

You can cancel your flight up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The pilot can also cancel at any time. If you paid with a gift card, it will be re-credited and, if necessary, extended to ensure at least 6 months of validity. For other payment methods, you will be refunded in the form of a gift card, valid for one year and immediately usable for a new booking.

Wingly is not an airline, but a platform that brings together passionate pilots and passengers curious to discover the world from a new perspective.

The pilots offering flights on our platform are not Wingly employees. They are private individuals offering shared-cost flights in their spare time. They also contribute to the costs of the flight and make no profit. It is therefore possible that their schedule may change at the last minute and that they may have to postpone or even cancel the flight.

Moreover, in the majority of cases, flights in light aircraft are operated under visual flight rules and require optimum weather conditions. As a result, your flight may be cancelled or postponed by the pilot because of weather conditions. It should also be noted that light aircraft can undergo maintenance at the last minute, leading to postponements or cancellations.

If your flight is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, your request will automatically be sent to all the other available pilots in the chosen area so that another pilot can take it over without you having to go through the whole process of finding another flight again.

If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the selected date, you will be automatically refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Your pilot can be easily contacted before booking by sending them a message on the page of the flight in question by clicking "Contact pilot". After a booking has been made and accepted, you will be able to message them via your account and you will receive their contact number so that you may discuss further details and keep in contact closer to the flight date.

After buying or being gifted a gift card, simply redeem it in your account (gift card received after a failed booking are automatically redeemed). When you find a flight that you like, click book the flight and all your redeemed gift cards' credit will be automatically applied upon payment.

A cost shared flight is conducted by a local private pilot. The flight is non-commercial in nature and not an air taxi service. The pilot is sharing their passion for flying with you while also paying for an equal share of the flight costs.
