Denham Aerodrome
Denham Aerodrome (EGLD) lies to the North-West of London and was established during the First World War as a training base for RAF Cadets. The airfield has continued this training tradition throughout its lifetime, with many student pilots taking to the skies for the first time from EGLD. Nowadays the airfield is home to a popular flying school alongside several aircraft charter services and helicopter film crews. Denham Aerodrome is fantastically situated for scenic Wingly flights around the London border region or down to the South coast.
