Paul was just fantastic. From the moment he accepted us he kept in good communication. He worked out a best flight plan option for us. He checked everything and reconfirmed. He kept the secret from my wife right up until he asked her which seat she wanted in the plane. He made us feel very comfortable and had excellent conversation inflight.
