Über Mike

Hi, I'm a 63 year old Private Pilot with a passion for flying. Though flying is my hobby, I endeavour to approach it in a professional manner. In my 15 years of flying, I've clocked up over 1500 hours in 14 countries, and obtained Instrument and Class Rating Instructor ratings along the way. I now own shares in two Light Aircraft, pictured above. I work as a Technical Consultant to the Oil Industry, which takes me all over the World, often at short notice. As a consequence, I may occasionally have to reschedule flights at short notice for work reasons in addition to the typical weather and/or aircraft tech issues that can arise. So if you fully understand and accept that flights may be changed, then I'll be happy to have you along to share the experience :-)

Mike was such a nice person and so knowledgeable. We felt totally at ease throughout the whole experience. A day we will never forget.

Day trip from Cardiff to Jersey

Mike made us feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to anyone and we can’t wait to fly with him again in the future! Amazing trip

Day trip to Imperial War Museum, Duxford

Absolutely fantastic day trip to Duxford for my fathers birthday. Couldn’t recommend this enough, and made better with great company and knowledge from Mr Pilot, Mike. Will be booking again, no excuse needed this time!
